My work explores the relationship between colour and nature.
Ever since I was a child I have been fascinated by colour in the natural world. For example, what is green? There are hundreds of greens! The irregular surface of a pot gives the ideal canvas to demonstrate a colour’s infinite shades and tints within the context of a textured environment. This leaves the viewer with a sense of the wonder at the enormity of the detail within creation.
